Oil Paint

Winton - Provides the highest quality colours at an affordable price. The application of traditional skills and modern colour chemistry techniques has resulted in a range of 47 carefully selected winton oil colours. This has been achieved by replacing some of the more costly traditional pigments with excellent modern alternatives that give high quality at an economical price.

 

Artisan water mixable oil colour - This is a genuine oil colour made from modified linseed oil and safflower oil. It has been specifically developed to appear and work just like conventional oil colour. However, after painting the brushes can be washed using water and soap only, cutting out the use of solvents.

 

Artist Oil - Winsor and Newtons Artists' Oil Colour owes its reputation for supreme quality to the careful selection of the very finest pigments.

 

Acrylic Paint

Galeria - Ideal for artists who require large quantities of high quality acrylic at an affordable price. They have been carefully formulated to produce 40 strong and vibrant colours, with a smooth, free-flowing consistency which maintains its body and retains brush marks.

 

Liquitex Heavy Body Tube - Formerly called High Viscosity, Heavy Body is a professional quality, highly pigmented acrylic formulated for easy brushability and for thicker application. It has a thick consistency for traditional art techniques using brushes or knives, as well as for experimental, mixed media, collage and printmaking applications. Impasto applications retain crisp brush stroke and knife marks. Good surface drag provides excellent handling and blending characteristics with increased open-working time. High pigment load produces rich, brilliant, permanent colour.

 

Liquitex Super Heavy Body - Super Heavy Body is a line of highly pigmented, clean, brilliant colors with superior shape retention and unique handling, which is a new innovative product. Excellent for ‘textural’ and ‘sculptural’ applications with very low shrinkage from wet-to-dry. Highly pigmented, producing clean color mixing with outstanding clarity and brilliance.

 

Water Colour

Cotman - Good transparency with excellent tinting strength and good working property. The Cotman water colour range are of student quality. Prices are kept low by using modern alternatives to traditional pigments.

 

Artists Water Colour - Made from the finest pigments available at the highest concentrations possible, consistant with good handling qualities.

Canvas

 

The Loxley Chunky Stretched Canvas is becoming the modern choice with both Artists and Interior Designers alike. As well as portrait and landscape variations there is a range of square sizes available. The Loxley Chunky canvas is stretched over 38mm stretcher bars and fastened at the back, leaving the sides free of all fastenings.

Stretched canvas on 20mm deep frames. Each canvas comes complete with wooden wedges to assist final tensioning of the canvas.
